- Contact form: name, email, message — to answer your request.

- Newsletter: email — to send articles and news (with your consent).

- Diagnostic tool: the analyzed domain, your email (security/global diagnostics and report delivery), a non-reversible hash of your IP (abuse prevention) and the generated report.

- Payment: processed directly by Stripe; no card data is stored by us.

Pre-contractual steps and performance of the service, legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention) and consent (newsletter).

- Leads and requests: up to 3 years after last contact.

- Diagnostic reports: HTML/PDF files deleted after 60–90 days; metadata (domain, scores, status) kept for statistics.

- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Supabase (database & storage), Brevo (email), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment), Calendly (booking). Some may host data outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability. To exercise them: contact@yassin-bhs.com. You may complain to the French DPA (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

The site uses only what is strictly necessary to function. The Calendly embed may set third-party cookies when loaded.
