Applies to paid services (engagement packs, deposit). Services are for business clients (B2B) only.

Services (advisory, engagement, maintenance, starter packs) are described in the quote. Prices in euros; applicable VAT stated on the quote and invoice.

The order is formed by acceptance of the quote. A deposit may be required to engage the service; it is a firm commitment from both parties. The balance is invoiced per the quote.

Work starts upon receipt of the deposit and per the agreed schedule. Timelines are indicative.

Cancellation terms and the treatment of the deposit are set in the quote. If the client cancels after start, services already performed remain due.

Online deposit payment is processed by Stripe. Electronic invoices. For B2B, late-payment penalties and the €40 fixed recovery fee apply by law.

French law. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction.
